    This class includes an emphasis on practical lifestyle choices you can make to increase your energy, as well as keep you on track to achieve your personal and professional goals.

    The goal is to maximize your productivity without the risk of burnout. Harness the power of habits, by checking in with your coach, and showing up for yourself daily.

  • Develop Your Self Worth

    Develop Your Self Worth introduces a new way of using cognitive behavioural techniques in a way that will help you manifest more self love and confidence into your life.

    This class is led by a clinical social worker who combines both cognitive behavioural therapy as well as the law of attraction for a new approach to healing, and growing.

    This class aims to remind you of your own inherent worth to create a healthier and more positive perception of yourself.

  • Yoga Nidra

    Yoga Nidra is less of a practice, and more a state of conscious deep sleep. The session is guided, similar to a meditation, but delves much deeper than your average waking meditation.

    It is a state of profound physical, mental and emotional relaxation, where participants can achieve supreme stillness and insight. It has been found to help manage immune function, blood pressure and cortisol levels, while alleviating stress and anxiety.

    Expect to come out feeling more rested than after a good night's sleep.
