Jelena Duma
Yoga & Meditation
Jelena has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years, and has worked as a licensed pyschotherapist. She founded and was the owner of Bliss Yoga Studio, a popular yoga studio in Toronto for over 15 years.
Her yoga practice is rooted in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini, and emphasizes proper posture and breathing exercises. Her classes are both energetic and relaxing, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
Angelica Galluzzo
Mental Health
Angelica Galluzzo is the host of the podcast “The Revolutionized Mind”, where she discusses all things mental health and well-being. She has an Honours degree in Psychology and is SafeTALK, ASIST, and Mental Health First Aid Certified.
She is passionate about providing a safe space for others to share their story, improving education around well-being, raising awareness about various mental illnesses, and learning how to embrace true authenticity.
James Henson
Life Coaching & Personal Development
James has spent close to two decades helping people overcome challenges in their lives by offering tools and concrete practices that cultivate genuine change.
He works as a social worker and meditation teacher, delivering introductory courses to mindfulness and guided meditations to students around the world.
Desi Pakasa

Desi Pakasa is a passionate dancer and group exercise instructor from Leiden, The Netherlands. Since 2015 she has shared her love of movement by teaching dance and fitness workout classes. By sharing the love she has for dancing, she aims to give back and help students feel alive in the bodies they were blessed with.

Nutrition & Culinary Learning
Sari is a Registered Nutrition Consultant Practitioner (RNCP) based in Toronto, Canada. She has a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to working with clients and supporting them in living a healthy and nutritious life.
Sari offers a safe environment for nutritional counselling, allowing clients to connect and create positive experiences around food while fostering a sense of ownership and independence.
